No. 2: East Ola Volo and Zoe Pawlak have made it their home city. Its popularity grows as there are more art shows, festivals and creative experiments taking place in the area.
A recent visit to Montreal made me understand why so many artists come here. It’s a beautiful city with many eclectic energies. You amaozn can feel the eclectic energy by walking around Old Montreal, Plateau and St. Henry’s. People love life and are passionate about it. Critics might argue that Montreal is a city where the desire to enjoy life more than it is to work. But if you are able find the right balance, Montreal could be a great place to live and work as a creative. Streets are filled with art, bars and restaurants are packed all day, summertime is full of sun-tanned people, and even the city experiments with installations to tell its story and engage with its residents.

Never Apart was a gallery that aims to educate on equality, conscious living, and environmental issues. It also showcases established and emerging artists, both local and internationally. It is located in Mile-Ex, further east then Mile End and Plateau, but somehow it’s even hipster.

It hosts music and art exhibitions, panel betensured discussions and workshops, as well as gatherings, music and music. Never Apart was established a few years ago and is rapidly becoming a reference point in the city for experimental conversations.
